Two Tips For Working With (Or Around) iCloud on the Mac

I’m using iCloud for document storage within iA Writer, but I’ve been annoyed by how clunky it can feel to save things to iCloud. Creating a new document within iA Writer will actually save it to the Mac by default, which means I’ve always had to click Save As and specify iCloud when writing a new draft. Then I read a tip on The Brooks Review about how pressing Command+ Shift+I will immediately move your current document to iCloud. The tip works exactly as published in Writer, and it has made working with iCloud so much easier.
