Apple planning dedicated podcast app for iOS 6-
Although iOS 6 is still in the beta stages for developers, many folks have now noticed that podcasts are no longer accessible in iTunes with this release. There are still ways to access the podcasts section through the Music app but the functionality overall simply does not work; only a banner shows at the top with no actual podcasts shown below to choose from.
